This is one of the most popular and highly effective technique you can use to increase Page Rank. One of the oldest techniques that still works is link exchange. In order to boost your PR, you need to exchange links with higher PR sites and have them link to your website. Commenting on other blogs in your niche is a very important process for establishing a good Page Rank. Within the blogging community, its essential to stay active if you want to be known and if you want to build a brand and consistent readership. Some of the blogs online are ‘Do-Follow’ whereas some are not. With Do-Follow blogs, you can generate links back to your website by leaving a comment on their posts. Most blogs that use the CommentLuv plugin are usually Do-Follow (some, not all).
7. Social Bookmarking:
Social Bookmarking is a highly effective method that you can use to boost your Page Rank. Sharing your content on other platforms and sites will enable you to get a backlink in return as well as generate traffic back to your website. Some of the most common social bookmarking websites are:

10. Add No-Follow Affiliate Link
I recently made all my affiliate links no follow on one of my websites and it went from having no page rank to a PR 2 within a month! I noticed that after I submitted a few guest posts and made all my affiliate links no-follow my rankings improved!
11. Create Multiple Pages:
If You create different pages on your site and link out to your previous articles/content, this can improve your PR.
12. Participate In Forums:
Google absolutely LOVES forums that are high PR and frequently updated. Find a forum within your niche and get a backlink back to your website via signature/forum posting (be careful not to spam, most quality forums will suspend your account and kick you out if you self promote in a spammy way). Getting a backlink from high quality and relevant forums can help you to increase your page rank.
13. Use Signatures:
You can link back to your blog in your online signature. This can be done in a variety of ways such as adding your website to your email signature, placing your website url as part of an anchor text in your forum posts etc.
14. Does Google Re-Evaluate Page Rank?
Google normally re-evaluates a website’s page rank about 304 times a year, so that means at least every three months Google will calculate your Page Rank so do not slack off and coast just because you have achieved a high PR, keep providing relevant and high quality content in order to stay on top of your game.
15. Do Not Be Tempted to Use Illegal Tactics:
Using blackhat and other illegal tactics can result in Google banning your website. Keep in mind that Google is not stupid and you will not deceive them for long. If Google finds out that you are using blackhat techniques (which are completely against their policy) they will simply block your website from their search engine so that nobody will find you!
Blackhat techniques might produce fast results but the results you will get will only be short lived. Stay away from shaddy tactics and build something viable by implementing legit techniques that will not only get you more traffic but a steady and consistent page rank.
